- WHAT VO2 EVENTS HAVE YOU BEEN A PART OF? I was recently shaved at the 2nd annual beards and Brews and also ran my first spartan race thanks to VO2.  

- WHAT UPCOMING VO2 EVENTS DO YOU PLAN TO BE A PART OF? I hope to be a part of all upcoming events that I possibly can but I know I will be at Murph this memorial day coming up soon!!  

- HOW HAS VO2 HELPED YOU? VO2 has actually given me more than I really know how to say. That feeling you get from knowing there are always those people there for you is explainable and impossible to repay so thank you.
