-VO2 EVENTS TAKEN PART IN SO FAR:
So far, I have not had the opportunity to take part in any events sponsored by VO2, but am eager to do so in the near future.
-FUTURE VO2 EVENTS/GOALS TO TAKE PART IN:
1) The Marine Corps Birthday Ruck March/Event
2) Individual Powerlifting and Athletic Events
3) VO2 Sponsored Team Events (Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Etc.)
-Post service goals/plans:
Complete my personal education goals (Bachelors, Masters) towards becoming a Physician Assistant in Sports Medicine and Health Science. Hopefully, I can complete my Bachelor’s prior to retiring from the military to expedite my future employment.
I’m very new to the VO2 and Devil Dogg Strength and Conditioning communities, but everyone is so welcoming and I look forward to crushing it with you all during yoga, barbell club, and powerlifting classes.
