-TELL US HOW VO2 CAME INTO YOUR LIFE AND HELPED CHANGE IT?
I met Chris Carter while I was volunteering with the Young Marines program. I would assist Chris with events such as the Memorial Day Murph, Veteran’s Day Chris Kyle Ruck and other various events. I was asked to join the Board of Directors because of the work I had done with youth, Veteran’s outreach and my Marine Corps Background. VO2 has given me a chance to give back to our Nation’s Veterans, specifically in the Pueblo County area. The program has also helped me to understand and recognize my “triggers”. I am working at my mindfulness and control.
