-Tell us about your pre VO2 struggles
PreVO2 struggles included fitness and trying to find the time to get a workout in. I failed a PT test in Feb (the run) because I did not make working out a priority and would try to work out after work and would skip the gym more than go because I was tired and just wanted to go home and relax. Pre VO2 I did not get involved in any outside physical fitness challenges. I did not feel motivated and strong enough to compete.
-Tell us about how VO2 came into your life and helped change it.
VO2 came into my life because I decided that working out in the AM was the best for me. So I joined Devil Dogg Strength and Conditioning to work out in the mornings at least 2 to 3 times a week. I love getting in a good workout before I start my day. I like being a member of a class and doing different activities every day.
