- Tell us about your pre VO2 struggles: 10 years ago I received a TBI which continues to impact my life. With a life long commitment to health and wellness I'm overcoming some physical barriers with the help of VO2.
- Tell us about how VO2 came into your life and helped change it: As a Veteran and someone who previously worked for and with Veterans, Chris Carter and I crossed paths and ideas were exchanged. We talked about previous life events and it became clear his goals for physical and mental health wellness were very similar. I began teaching TaiChi and am now slowly building back to being able to perform crossfit movements with the help of VO2 due to my injuries. This slow progression may be one of VO2's best attributes in that they can identify ability and encourage progress accordingly and without judgment. I look forward to continued participation and involvement with all Devil Dog events and exploring the wellness benefits I receive.
